Absolutely! Our retreats are designed for all fitness levels, from complete beginners through to experienced athletes. Every workout can be modified to suit your individual ability, and our experienced coaching team is there to support and encourage you every step of the way. Whether you're looking to kickstart your fitness journey, challenge yourself, or simply move your body while on holiday, you'll fit right in.

Our retreats are open to adults aged 18 years and over. We truly believe that age is just a number! We've welcomed guests in their 50s and 60s who have had an incredible experience alongside those in their 20s and 30s. One of the most special things about Wanderlust Retreats is that once everyone comes together at our welcome dinner on the first night, strangers quickly become friends and by the end of the week, you're one big family.

We've taken care of almost everything so you can simply relax and enjoy your holiday. Your retreat includes: Daily beachfront buffet breakfast, 5 brunches at Bali's favorite cafes, Welcome Dinner & Drinks, 3 hosted group dinners, and Finns Beach Club Close-Out Party with food and drinks included! We intentionally leave two free evenings so you can explore Bali restaurants or enjoy a quiet night in.

Of course! We believe in balance. While our retreat focuses on fitness, you're absolutely welcome to enjoy a drink throughout the week. Alcohol is included during our welcome dinner & drinks and our Finns Beach Club close-out party. The rest of the week is entirely up to you.

While we encourage everyone to join as many activities as possible, this is your retreat week! We like to say "Choose Your Own Adventure." Feel like doing every workout? Amazing. Want to sleep in, relax by the pool or book a massage instead? Go for it. You can participate in as many or as few workouts as you'd like.

No. International and domestic flights are not included in your retreat package. Once you arrive in Bali, we'll take care of everything else.

Absolutely! You are certainly not alone! A large percentage of our guests travel solo, and it's one of the things that makes Wanderlust so special. You'll spend the week training, exploring Bali, sharing meals and creating unforgettable memories with a group of like-minded people from around the world. By the end of the retreat, you'll leave with friendships that last long after your holiday ends.
