Technically, no. Foreigners cannot hold "Hak Milik" (Freehold). However, you can securely acquire property through "Hak Pakai" (Right to Use) or "Hak Sewa" (Leasehold). We ensure these structures are legally watertight.
The current regulation requires a minimum authorized capital of IDR 10 Billion for a foreign-owned company (PT PMA). However, only 25% needs to be paid up. We can guide you through the capital injection process.
